Hi, I’m Holly Leeker — and Grand Porch was born from a simple belief:
the front porch is the true heart of a home.
After launching Grand Porch as a seasonal pumpkin-delivery business, we quickly realized something bigger. Families loved the seasonal magic, but what they really wanted was a porch they could be proud of all year long. A space that felt welcoming, updated, and truly reflective of their home.
So we pivoted.
With over 20 years of construction and remodeling experience, and through our partnership with Abode Building Group, Grand Porch has grown into a dedicated specialty service focused entirely on porch transformations.

Porch Pumpkin Services
Grand Porch offers porch pumpkin design and delivery services from September 1- November 15 each year.
Each year, we bring the magic of fall straight to your doorstep - transforming porches into stunning, overflowing displays of pumpkins, gourds, straw bales, and autumn accents.
Our specialty? Creating jaw dropping seasonal décor that delights guests, turns heads, and celebrates the spirit of both Halloween and Thanksgiving.

Her background in project management, staging, and residential design helps homeowners choose materials, colors, and features that elevate both curb appeal and everyday living. Holly loves helping families see the potential in their porches and making the remodeling process simple and enjoyable.
Chris Leeker — Builder & Structural Specialist
Chris is the founder of Abode Building Group and a highly respected builder known for his craftsmanship, calm expertise, and ability to solve even the toughest structural challenges.
From replacing beams and pillars to adding doors, windows, decks, and concrete work, Chris ensures every project is built with integrity, durability, and attention to detail. His experience in structural carpentry and building science brings a level of precision that sets Grand Porch apart.
